Not related to aristois. Make sure you run 1.16.5 once.
Do you use a cracked launcher?

OptiFine is not stable to use with Aristois and shaders. It breaks many things.

@xxccarloxx I'm sorry unfortunately we don't support unofficial/cracked launchers. you can try to delete the me folder in .minecraft/libraries/ but no further support will be provided.

@jaai Under the Gui tab if you right-click appearance and scroll you can toggle the main menu on or off from there.
