Like it says, the prefix is .b or @ and not #
The addons marketplace is not for Forge anyways. You would have to download the Forge version of Baritone (forge-api) from their GitHub and add it to your mods folder.

They are changed in the minecraft launcher under "skins"
goto is used with coordinates, and you didn't provide any (Ex: .b goto 100 -100)
.b find can be used to find blocks, BUT it will only work when the block is in render distance, or the block is already cached by Baritone
Fabric mods go in .minecraft/libraries/me/deftware/EMC-F-v2/latest-(mc version)
Forge mods go in the mods folder while using Aristois for Forge (must have been specifically installed to Forge)

No, it is not possible to mix, and seedcracker is only for Fabric
