Esc > Aristois Options > Macros
Add a new one with .say (text) then set it to any key. Below is an image of how you can reproduce your suggestion.

OptiFabric doesn't exist for 1.18.2.

You're correct, Aristois uses loader-v2. But even if you were to remove the URL (it regenerates because it will check SHA from the URL and replace the file if not matching) from the json and replace the jar here, it will crash because Aristois (weaver) was not updated to support the new Fabric version. It requires us updating the weaver first.

Neither. Aristois is it's own version/own profile. Mixing these clients with Aristois is generally not allowed

Yes, it is because of conflicting mods. BYG and TwilightForest are notable ones, but there could be more.

It's currently not possible, as the 1.18.1 version of OptiFabric will crash with fabric loader 0.12.9 (current Aristois loader). OptiFine will be added to the marketplace when the new loader is supported.

The addons marketplace is for fabric only.

You can use OptiFine on 1.8.9 by running forge. This requires that you reinstall Aristois as a Forge mod.

Pretty straight forward from there. Add a name and coords, and then you can toggle them on/off
