Forge 1.15.2 compatibility

Having trouble using aristois with forge. Ive checked the FAQ, and there is no "forge mod loader" in the launcher section. only vanilla launcher and MultiMC show up.

Forge is only on 1.8.9 - 1.12.2 & 1.16.4/5

@dyiing thank you. Having some issues with optifine now. When i install it in addons/marketplace and restart, the game fails to load properly, result of version incompatibility.
however on the marketplace it states "for all versions from 1.8 to 1.16.5". I am on 1.15.2, what is the reason for 1.16.4 optifine being used here? How do i solve this?

It's not being used here. The issue is your file in .minecraft/mods/ is for 1.16.4. Delete it so it can reinstall the correct one.
