@dyiing So I figured out how to do it. Baritone doesn't like water. It wont path find through water so I just surrounded my farm in water. And I proved it to, I went on my farm and I live on a desert so I did .b mine sand and it couldn't get to the sand because of the water.

Yea I found a solution to the nether wart problem by building glass above it and then it would reach down and break the nether wart but now this is a problem because it'll just break the glass.

@walter-white Yes it is still updated. You can see current suggestions or make a new one here: https://github.com/cabaletta/baritone/issues/ (didn't see any similar to yours, but I'd check anyways)

@walter-white If you've changed the command and/or delay after the mod was enabled, you need to disable and re-enable it for it to update

@walter-white yeah do the command @minYLevelWhileMining (y coordinate) and it should work, set it to 0 to turn it off.
