They aren’t the same button by default. You can change the binds with .setbind
It's not stuck anywhere, it's due to a texture pack you have loaded. Remove them from the folder or join the vanilla profile to remove all packs (including programmer art)

@Dyiing yeah, no it still doesn't work, i believe i hit the cow on the video at least once when not jumping and it still wasn't a crit.
You need to allocate more ram, the lag is from it capping. 3 or 4 gigs should be enough
