Fly Bug

Hello, since yesterday I can't Fly in survival, if I click on my shortcut I can't fly, however in creative the shortcut works and I can fly without pressing my space bar twice.
I'm on 1.21.4 with the Fabric mod but I've been playing like this for about 10 days now and I haven't changed anything in the meantime, besides I can fly in creative, could it be a bug in survival?
when I click on my shortcut to fly I don't have the animation when I put myself in fly and I have it in creative.
