You need to allocate more ram, the lag is from it capping. 3 or 4 gigs should be enough

If you're trying to install Fabric Mods along-side Aristois, navigate to: .minecraft > libraries > me > deftware > EMC-F-v2 > [Your Version]
Place the Fabric Mods (.jar) into this library folder and you should be good to go.
