We do not store account information. When you enter an alt in the "saved alts" they are encrypted locally to your PC. Otherwise they are not saved anywhere.

Are you sure you have deleted the correct folder? You must fully restart the game and launcher after deleting it.

The donor version looks exactly the same as the free version in the installer. It will overwrite the free version you had installed.
