You can use a non-donor alt via the alt manager, as long as you load the donor client with the donor account

It's already on 0.12.12. Since you have a cracked launcher it will not update for you.

You must delete the libraries, redownload, and reinstall the entire mod. I cannot help more than this unless you use the official launcher.

Delete EMC.jar from the mods folder

You have conflicting mods. Notably randompatches, but there could possibly be more.

First, I would try toggling SeedRay off and then back on. If that doesn't work, can you see if it works after uninstalling Sodium?

If uninstalling causes no change, can you see if it happens on all worlds or only one speficially?

SO i tried my old version of 1.16 and it seems to work fine no lag spikes

Yes, it is due to optifine. You can see at the end of the log that it says the following

OptiFabric error: OptiFabric could not find the Optifine jar in the mods folder:
C:\Users\heuse\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\mods

You must either add OptiFine back to this folder or uninstall it.
