On the new launcher, if you don't see a new profile for Aristois, you should try making a new one. Go to the "Installations" tab, make a new one, name it, and then select "release (mcversion)-Aristois".

Working fine for me. Can you please send a screenshot or copy/paste the exact command that you are using?

Aristois already works perfectly with the new launcher. If forge is not working, then that is a completely other issue unrelated to us.

If you're using fabric then it works just as the old launcher did.

Can you please include your crash log from this? And steps to reproduce this issue

In order for the donor version to work, you must start the game with the donated account.
On the main menu, go to options > alt manager. You can either type in non-donor account information here, or press "Saved alts" to save it for next time. Then the donation perks will work on the second account
