firstly, that's way too much ram to allocate (unless running 200+ mods with high textures/shaders). 3-4G is plenty

They are supposed to come back. If it's stuck loading the world, you may need to allocate more RAM. Otherwise, I won't be able to help much unless it fully crashes (in which send the crash log).

Do you use shaders (even internal)?

Is the waypoint itself and the waypoints mod enabled?

Your files are outdated. You most likely need to reinstall (if on forge) or delete libraries/me (if not)

Yes, I am aware. It's crashing because you do not have OptiFine in your mods folder (it is searching for it, but can't find it). Please follow the guide I sent to uninstall OptiFine.
