Bit late but I had the same issue and it was fixed by just removing Optifine. If it still occurs after that, try removing the fabric API and or sodium.

You cannot join a realm while using an alt manager, it will invalidate your session and prevent you from joining. This has always been the case

@dyiing Thanks for the last recommendation. I deleted the "1.19 Aristois" Executable Jar File in my "1.19 Aristois" version folder and then ran up minecraft. It launched without the same error. Appreciate it.

Update on the issue

After restarting my PC and changing nothing else, it seems to have fixed itself.
I can't seem to recreate the process of the lag/disconnection anymore.

This is odd because I've tried restarting my PC prior to the overnight restart.
Either way, it seems to be working fine and if the issue comes again, will be sure to keep extra attention to the details and such.

If you're using TheAltening, they're currently working on a fix for their service. If it's your account, you'll need to migrate to use it correctly

Also if you're trying on realms it will not work, since alt manager will modify the session ID
