No, Aristois is not a miner. Since it is loading more stuff than the vanilla game, you can expect usage to be slightly higher.

On my machine (i7-8700k), vanilla sits around 2.6%, Fabric at 2.8% and Aristois around 3%. The only time I see spikes is loading new stuff (which of course happens on Vanilla and Fabric too).

It's also important to note that the usage will be higher while resources are still loading. My main menu sits at around 80% usage until everything is done loading.

Have you compared the results with vanilla and Fabric? In a server? You might want to try allocating more RAM if it's running on the higher end.

It's not an error. When you join a new world Aristois automatically disables SeedCracker rendering (because too many people complain about random boxes everywhere after installing it)

You're probably getting kicked due to regen or another combat mod

Aristois is not a ghost client. There are better alternatives that render the entire menu on a different layer and inject into vanilla clients instead. Aristois is essentially a Fabric mod-set, achieving a hacked client the same way Wurst did for Forge.

Consider Vape Lite for servers where you're not supposed to be hacking but still want to attempt to. Aristois is more geared for anarchy and places where hacked clients are allowed. That's the official narrative at least. (Which is probably just for ToS/EULA reasons, since we have stuff like anti-bot..)

Are you a donor? if so are you using your donor account to launch the game?

Are you using the official launcher? Is the main menu Aristois or normal Minecraft?
