My xray is only showing visible ores and i have legit mode disabled

i tried legit mode once and it seems to be permanentally stuck even tough i have it off it only shows the visible ores and idk how to fix that

or maybe it's some anticheat but i have never seen anticheat like that

and if it is an anticheat why don't they just use the one that spams a bunch of fake ores

and it only seems to be happening to ores like gold iron diamond deepslates because it's not happening for emeralds

It is paper anticheat, it replaces blocks client-side with stone, but ores exposed to air are not replaced with stone (or else you couldn't see them when mining...)
