This is usually normal for third-party launchers that cannot be verified.

I have tried installing on vanilla minecraft launcher with added in forge. The same happened then. Except i haven't tried deleting the folder yet.

Do you have tlauncher installed?
because when I ran a outdated version it made my normal minecraft pop that error up but i can run it with tlaunchers new version but only on tlauncher so try that i guess if not you will have to reinstall mincraft
