Like, when you open minecraft the aristois menu does not appear

Can you please answer which menu you are talking about.... The main menu or the in-game Aristois mod menu (where you enable mods)?

I believe this is a known problem for that version of Forge. You can access everything in the Esc menu under Aristois options if you join a singleplayer world.

The In- game menu works, but i need to access to the main menu to change my name on online game

Join a singleplayer server, go to Aristois Options, select Alts, and you can change it from there.

The options of aristois doesn't apear. I press ESC, then i go to options and there isn't anything about aristois.

There is nothing you can do on your end to access it. I can ask the dev about the main menu
