This is honestly probably something that only you can answer, because whichever client is easiest for you to use and has the features you like will be best for you.
Some good things Aristois provides might be:
Always up-to-date
Vanilla spoof (changes client branding to vanilla)
IRC in-game to chat in
Wide customization of the RGUI
Fabric mod support
Integrated alt manager/proxy support
I haven't really messed around with others, but I would assume they all have similar types of mods. Aristois is mainly focused on PvE, not PvP like some other clients.
