No, as mentioned on the page there are no plans to resolve conflicts. Sometimes they happen to fix themselves but it's very rare

You have to follow the instructions for the URLs as it states that they don't work as given. The version must be replaced.

If you're trying to install Fabric Mods along-side Aristois, navigate to: .minecraft > libraries > me > deftware > EMC-F-v2 > [Your Version]
Place the Fabric Mods (.jar) into this library folder and you should be good to go.
