If any game tabs or launchers are open during installation it may not have updated the files to load in. Good to hear it’s working now though

I don't understand what you mean by this. Do you mean your config was deleted? Nothing from the config affects the Trajectories mod.
I have the same issue, it is caused by resourcepacks I believe. You can disable all but vanilla from the options.txt
edit: why i believe it is the resourcepacks is because disabling the developer pack stopped this error
This is resolved now.
Try again in about 10 minutes and it should work (You will need to restart the game)
