I have a backup for 3 months or so and now I don't know how to restore it in my client, can you help me?

I don't understand what you mean by this. I assume that you manually saved files somewhere? Which files?

No, as I was playing the last time it was existing a button with the name backup and I made one

There has never been a "backup" button. The only way you can make "backups" is to use .config save (name)

Are you talking about world backups, if you try running a world? Image below:

Then like mentioned in my other replies, all of those types of settings are saved in the config file when you use the command .config save (name). Then the config is stores in .minecraft/libraries/EMC/configs/backups/. To re-load a config that was saved, use .config load (name).

I think you might be confusing Aristois with another client that also has a similar backup feature
