Do not install it from the marketplace, you need version 4.0.4 which is not the one there.

You need to download it from Modrinth and place it in .minecraft/libraries/me/deftware/EMC-F-v2/latest-1.21.4/

There's not much you can really do to fix this, baritone building is buggy af. You can try using buildInLayers or breaking the schematic into smaller chunks

i use multimc and it worked all the time.
now my instance does not work and also new ones i create

Charmander, Magmar, Chimchar, and their evos cause my game to crash.
Likewise, removing this allowed me to not crash.
Playing pixelmon 9.1.13.
