This does not look like the vanilla launcher... are you using a cracked one?

i have the same problem...
i use multimc and it worked all the time.
now my instance does not work and also new ones i create

There's not much you can really do to fix this, baritone building is buggy af. You can try using buildInLayers or breaking the schematic into smaller chunks
