Yes. It will return a 404 because you cannot visit the website. It's only meant to be read by the json. For example, a full path could be https://gitlab.com/EMC-Framework/maven/raw/master/me/deftware/EMC-F-v2/latest-1.19.2/EMC-F-v2-latest-1.19.2.jar
