When I load up Aristois on three separate machines it works as intended on all three using the base settings.
Additionally, when a mod is flat out broken, we typically receive tons of users that contact us about it. The amount of people who have had issues with this mod is less than 10 people since 2018. I therefore believe that it's not an issue with the mod but a rare case.
It may not be directly related to the AutoFish settings you have changed, but other factors within your game. These factors are not always obvious or even related at all. That is why we need information from your specific machine to reproduce it, or we ask that you try various things to single out when it occurs
If you have another machine available, I would encourage you to install a fresh copy there and see if it makes a difference. Or a different launcher such as PrismMC.
