Essential mod creates it's own directory including libraries. Assuming that you didn't move the libraries over also, they are missing.
You would need to move/copy the Aristois.jar from .minecraft/libraries/EMC/1.19.2/ to the essential instance libraries, which I would assume is at .minecraft\essential_mod\forge\1.19.2\forge\libraries\EMC\. EMC should have created a blank folder where the jar should be at
