    Whenever joining a multiplayer 1.18 server, it functions for a few seconds, freezes, and crashes. Unisntalled and reinstalled both java and Aristois. Older versions of Aristois are able to join public servers. Single player worlds do not have an issue.

    This is a Multiconnect issue. We've updated it to v1.5.2 so this issue is resolved. Simply restart and it should work correctly.

    @dyiing
    Looks like I am able to join now, but a new issue has cropped up where my FPS is around 1-2 and CPU usage is around 40-50% for a Ryzen 3800x.

    I would probably play around with settings or performance mods then, since it seems to be a common issue that higher end computers are having performance issues

    Tried messing with settings, using sodium, optifine, using older versions, everything. Was stable for a little bit, but now OpenJDK Platform binary crashes when joining a server again. Attached latest crash report, at least. Unfortunately, Aristois on any version is complete unusable for multiplayer. RIP

    It's not an Aristois issue, it's because 1.18 is pushing the 2G RAM limit. If you check your f3 menu I would bet that it's around 80-95% usage. Allocate more ram and it will be fixed.

    The log you sent isn't even from 1.18, if it's a different issue then please make a new support post.
