me ha saltado un error diciendo que no se me puede actualizar aristois, no encuentro ningún tutorial en internet que me pueda ayudar. no puedo jugar

Close your game and launcher.
Go to .minecraft/libraries/ in your files.
Delete the folder called "me".
Restart the game.
