The ScaffoldWalk function does not work correctly with half-blocks. I want the half blocks to be in the bottom position. But there is no such setting. In general, he does not put them correctly. Fix please.

This is more of a suggestion than a fix, as I don't think it was ever designed to use half-blocks in this way.
