Why when i download version 1.16.5 and start id it say i need to upgrade or reinstall ariostois? I did it 10x and nothing. But when i download verison 1.16.3 it work but i need 1.16.5

Did you follow the steps it says to do?

You need to delete libraries/me from your .minecraft folder. Hold shift and it will show you where that is located.

how can i donwload a forge version becouse when i donwloaded 1.15.2 i could save it as mod and this worked now i installed 1.16.4 and 1.16.5 version and i dont have cheats/or they dont work. why? (sorry for grammar im not english)
