Found conflicting mods: sodium conflicts with {optifabric @ [*]}

I dont know why every time i launch my game from the Vanilla Launcher, it crash an send to me a message saying:

Found conflicting mods: sodium conflicts with {optifabric @ [*]}
Creating Empty clause ?
I also use optifine and i have no problem with that.
ANd i have another issue, the last time i played with aristois i wanted to uninstall optifine from aristois, and i did, but did not change anything to the game, i still had shaders etc...
it made me lose fps
i need help pls
