I'm running exe but nothing is displayed?

That's the .jar installer right? We do not use exe

You can try with the manual zip files at https://aristois.net/zip/1.16.5 (or replace mc version)

You're not supposed to place it anywhere, it is a .jar file that you run. The .zip file is different, you must first extract it and then move it. Please watch the tutorials.
