1 device not closed error

Hello, I am using 1.8.9 Aristois, with the mods listed below:
- [1.8.9] Powns Ghost Liquid Fix.jar
- blctimers-1.4.jar
- Block-Overlay-Mod-1.8.9.jar
- EMC.jar
- ItemPhysic Lite 1.3 mc1.8.9.jar
- LabyMod-3.jar
- MemoryFix-0.3.jar
- OpenEye.jar
- Optifine_1.8.9_HD_U_M5 (1).jar
- Perspective Mod 3.0.jar
- ProjectL-0.2.jar
- Quickplay-2.0.3.jar
- Vanilla+Enhancements-7.7.jar
I get the error in my launcher (GDLauncher) something on the lines of "1 device not closed"

This happens randomly while playing.
If there is a way to fix it I would be SOO greatful. Thanks! -
Not sure if it's related to GD launcher as it's not officially supported, but I would guess it's due to one of the other mods. If you're able to more steadily reproduce it, try without some mods and see if it works

@dyiing The thing is, I've had this issue for over a month, but if I do a clean minecraft version with the same mods, forge and everything, the issue disappears for about 2-3 days. I have already tried that, even running it without any mods (except emc), so I have no idea what to do.

Is it only on a specific server, or any server/world?

I can't really say the solution to a "random crash" as it's not consistent and I am not able to reproduce it. If you find a way to consistently crash it, play with which mods are added until it stops happening. It is most likely a mod conflict or server related issue.

@dyiing I just found out that this is most likely a Hypixel issue, I started playing herobrine.org (a cracked bedwars server) and I never crash.
