After launching Minecraft the main menu doesn't load.

After the game fully loads and the Mojang logo fades the game fails to load the menu causing me to be unable to play the game.
Version: 1.21.4 but doesn't load on any version
Game: I am running vanilla minecraft with just the client with what ever mods come with the client.

Disable all texture packs including programmer art (in vanilla game)
