No sound

I know it may be irritating, because there were already users with this problem on the forum, but the solution to delete assets folder and then running Vanilla and closing it, then running Aristois doesn't work for me. F3+T doesn't either. I even tried to make a resource pack with minecraft sounds, but that didn't work too. I was making sure like 5 times, that volume mixer or minecraft settings sound etc. is on, but everything is ok.
