The Backtrack option will lag other players when they are about to move out of range, allowing you to get additional hits on them.
What do you think to adding that one? I think that would be great idea.

I don't see a way that it would be possible to "lag" other players, as that depends on their interaction with the server. You're able to affect your own movement due to packets, but this cannot be done to other people via the client.

@Dyiing I mean that feature is more like you get the player on his previouse positions. That can be sometime lag aura but in low settings.

I don't really understand what you mean by this. You can't cause another player to lag back to a previous position unless there was a server-side known exploit to lag players within a chunk (for example, redstone machine lag), but this would also affect yourself.

Unless you have any known method to cause such lag, it's not something we can create or add

    @Dyiing I heard only for :
Some people calls that feature fakelag. And its about of position of player you attacking. Attacks entity hitboxes to previous and future positions. And works like lag compensation for combat.
Also specifies at which distances Backtrack may activate. For example, when set to 1.0 - 4.0, Backtrack will not activate for players closer than 1 block or further away than 4 blocks. Configures the maximum amount of time that the module may block packets for. Higher values mean players will be kept closer for a longer time, therefore offering more time to hit them.
When enabled, the module will render a box that indicates where the player would be standing if there was no lag. There are various options that can be customized:
    Color
    Line width
Filled (if false, only an outline is drawn)
Apply head rotation (the box will rotate based on where the player is aiming)
About cooldown allows setting a delay after Backtrack deactivates. For example, if you set this value to 1.0 s and Backtrack lags a player who then goes out of range, at least one second must pass before it can start lagging again.

Where have you heard of this?

Fake lag is a different type of mod, which actually exists in the donor client. It does not affect other players lag, but it affects your own lag. Therefore if you increase your ping, it will make your movement more laggy and therefore harder for them to hit you in combat. It doesn't affect how other players move.

I am not sure pingspoof and backtrack is same I think they are little bit different.

Ping Spoof is a technique that falsely shows a lower or higher ping (the response time between the server and the player) than it actually is. This cheating method can confuse the server about the real-time delay between your commands and the server, potentially giving an advantage in certain situations, such as PvP combat.

Backtrack typically refers to a cheat that allows a player to "rewind time" in a fight, as if they can "see" where the opponent was a few moments ago, allowing them to hit or dodge more accurately. This method is used to better hit an opponent, even if the server thinks the opponent is in a different position.

I dont know if I am right about this but I think that is the difference.

It looks like it already exists as a fabric mod, so it would be possible to add it to Aristois that way

Probably that new thing in minecraft but maybe its not. Because some modes existed already with forge on that I saw. Like 1.9 versions and something.
