Aristois with single instance of GDLauncher

I was wondering if it's possible to have Aristois for a single instance in the GDLauncher? For example a normal forge version of 1.8.9 and another 1.8.9 version with Aristois?
I found a video where someone kind of used Aristois with the GDLauncher but I think they installed it in the root folder for all instances, not just a single one.
If it's possible, how would I go about doing that?

It depends on how GDLauncher works. If it has a mods folder inside each instance for Forge then it will be separate for each instance. The Fabric folder is typically for all instances.

You can follow the "Other launcher" instructions here: https://aristois.wiki/modpacks/
You will need to select the folder that the mods folder is located in (because Aristois will include the /mods/ dir). Usually it's the name of the modpack
