Migration Donor issues

In the past i've bought Aristois donor, and used it quite frequently.
But during times i haven't played minecraft, or used aristois in quite a while and a migration has taken place, entering my auth code no longer grants me acces to the donor version. -
Send an email to [email protected] with the username you donated with, your current username, and the email you used when donating
