Kill Aura Not working properly

When I use Kill Aura on 1.20.4 on Hypixel Duels it just never works. It registers the first hit but then the other hits never register and it just teleports and lags me up and down until i turn it off. This happens in all the multiplayer servers i try and only works in singleplayer. Is there any fix for this or is just the anti cheat.

Hypixel has a famously good anticheat. Of course it does not work
