How to send your log

Searching through log files is an important part of finding and resolving issues, therefore it's useful to know how to include these in your posts.

Don't:

Please do not copy and paste your entire log into your post. It causes clutter and will be removed by staff.

Do:

Upload your log to something like Pastebin or Paste.ee, and then include the URL in your post. Alternatively you could also change the .log to a .txt file type and upload it directly to the forum (.log is not supported).

I would recommend using paste.ee, however there is a file size limit (in which case you could use Pastebin)

How to put your log in paste.ee

1. Visit https://paste.ee/.
2. Find your log, located at .minecraft/logs. It is called latest.log, scroll to the bottom of the folder to see it.
3. Open your log, and select the entire text (with ctrl + a). Then copy it (ctrl + c).
4. Paste the text in paste.ee (ctrl + v).
5. Press "Submit".
6. Copy the URL and add it to your post.

1. Visit https://pastebin.com/.
