Need help signing in to download donor edition

I lost access to my original mc account, making my new account unrecognizable to the aristois system, preventing me from downloading the donor version. I've provided the receipts of the purchase and can provide any more information if necessary. I'm just trying to avoid buying another copy if I don't have to.
