Return back to main menu after open resourcepack tab

After I opened the resource pack tab and switched the resource pack. It directed me back to the Aristois main menu, and it says that I am already connected to server but I am not, and I won't be able to join other servers, so I have to relaunch the game to solve the problem
when seeing this page (The screenshot), my actual entity is actually in a server, but I can not get back into the server menu, clicking exit just exits my game

You don't have to restart the game, you can go back into the options

@dyiing but what to do after when i go to options and when i press done it puts me back to the startin menu
