Alt Manager not working

I've tried to sign in to a Microsoft account but it says its unable to log in because its unable to get Xbox live sercurity token and if i try and use a different account it just sends me to the same web page and says it was successful. what do i do

This is something on your end, not ours.
It could be due to the Microsoft account not having the right permissions
