Im trying ti find out can a server ovner see that i use aristois and know that i use any like kill aura or smth?

Admins cannot simply detect you are using Aristois without you doing anything. They cannot tell you are running Fabric. If you're on Forge, they can detect which forge mods you use.
Some anticheats have keybind detection, which searches for "abnormal" binds. If you don't get kicked when pressing a bind, it's unlikely they use that.
If there is anticheat they may detect irregular movements when you use combat or movement mods. You'll often experience lagback if this is true

And the server is a 1.16.5 forge modded server without anticheat

The modpack has 90+ mods -
Since it's forge it's possible they can see you are using EMC. I'm not sure which dupe you are referring to, as Aristois only has cbook for <1.14.4

You can rename it, but you may get a warning. It will still work the same.
I don't know any dupes, and I don't understand what you mean by "rep"
