Odd bug with Rainbow Enchant

Hello, I'm getting this odd visual bug with Rainbow enchant, for some reason the only color from the rainbow that shows up when i hold a tool is red, everything else is not there. Otherwise it seems to be turning on like normal.

@sharpstring Mc version? Do you use optifine/shaders or any other texturepacks that may overwrite this?
