i got problem with the proxies

so recently i got banned from a server and then i rejoined using a proxies but now when i try to change proxies from aristois it dont find any proxies so i cant rejoin in that server what i should do?

Restart or use your own custom proxies with .proxy

What Minecraft version are you on? The proxy list will only work on later versions (I believe that run Java 16+)
