Stuck in a certain proxy

So I enabled a proxy, played a bit, then quit, but it still isn't gone. I went back in to disable it and I can't. How do I disable it???

Ctrl-click the proxy button to disconnect, or click the disconnect button in the proxy menu.

A proxy is disabled when the button is greyed out or there is no additional proxy info when you hover over the proxy button
