Litematica requires the mod "MaLiLib"
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/malilib
Make sure you grab the correct Minecraft version

MaLiLib goes in the same place as Litematica (
.minecraft/libraries/me/deftware/EMC-F-v2/latest-) -

there is no such file path

It's the same place that you put Litematica.
The full filepath depends on your Minecraft version.
Press Win + R then paste in%appdata%\.minecraft\libraries\me\deftware\EMC-F-v2\
Then open the subfolder of the Minecraft version
Litematica will already be there since you added it
