How to Install Aristois for MultiMC on Mac?

I've been trying to install Aristois with multimc for sometime now, and haven't had much luck with it. I know its not possible to be done automatically, but I've heard there is at lease a way to do it manually. Can I get some help with this?
Currently I'm trying to get Aristois for 1.18.2

We don't currently have a manual MultiMC upload, although I suppose that could be useful to include.
I'll make a post for it later today.
