I am using 1.18 with the regular java Minecraft launcher. I normally use a shulker dupe mod, baritone, instakill, litematica, litematica printer, and malilib (library for litematica).
I was testing an unfinished lag machine and every time I turn it on my game got progressively laggier and crashed after 5 seconds. I tried it on a vanilla 1.18 client and my frames went down but my game was still running smooth around 60 fps. I thought it was indigo renderer (fabric's base renderer which is active on aristios) so I loaded up fabric API no mods and it worked. I also tried it with wurst client because I thought it was something with how hacked clients render things, but it got the same frames as vanilla and fabric API. I have tried removing all my mods from aristios's mod folder and disabling all active cheats and there was no difference. This problem seems to only affect aristois. I have a feeling it might be because of the EMC framework aristois uses as none of the clients I have tested use EMC framework.

@orion said in Aristois crashes in conditions other clients don't.:

This can easily be tested by using the .unload command. It ejects Aristois but not EMC.
