Invisible mobs and chests

As of 1.18 all mobs and chests are invisible, this is after a fresh install and having disabled all active mods (or whatever they are called)
I tested vanilla and it works fine, also tested with sodium incase it somehow fixed somthing with the rendering. No luck.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
