Is there a function in the client that automatically kills mobs nearby and does not give account blocking for it? I tried different functions in your client, but my account is constantly being blocked by the anti-cheat system on the server.

Not really.
Baritone can follow entities and killaura can attack them when close enough

In this way, three of my accounts were blocked.
